Paragon Bank is pleased to announce that Alex Tankersley, Financial Services Associate, Paragon Centre, was selected by her peers as the Team Member of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2025.

Each quarter, Paragon Bank recognizes an employee for their outstanding performance in demonstrating Paragon’s values. At the end of the year, a Team Member of the Year is selected from the previous Quarter winners.

Tankersley, who has been with Paragon for five years, answers incoming customer calls, and also helps in-person customers with all banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, CDs and opening accounts.

For Tankersley, the best part about working at Paragon is the family feel.

“I love how we’re very community oriented, and we get to help [the community] through ACTS,” she explained. “Especially Make-A-Wish. I get to help with setting up and making props.”

When she’s not in the office, Tankersley loves watching anime and spending time with her cats. She also enjoys the outdoors, particularly hiking, or being out on the water. She’s also quite the artist, and paints and draws. A fun fact is that Alex has been doing an apprenticeship to become a tattoo artist at a shop in Cordova.
