Paragon Bank is pleased to announce that Helean Davis, Assistant Vice President — Banking Center Manager, was selected by her peers as Team Member of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2024.

Each quarter, Paragon Bank recognizes an employee for their outstanding performance in demonstrating Paragon’s values. At the end of the year, a Team Member of the Year is selected from the previous Quarter winners.

Davis, who has been with Paragon for a year, works closely with customers as she assists them with their financial needs. This ranges from opening new accounts to providing education to Paragon’s products and services.

“My favorite part about working at Paragon Bank is the team spirit and the opportunity to help assist customers with their financial needs,” she said. “I also value the impact and connections that Paragon has in working with the community.”

In her time away from the office, Davis spends time with her family and enjoys cleaning, reading and walking. She is a Children’s Sunday School teacher and coordinates activities for them. She’s also an active volunteer in the community. She currently serves on the advisory board of the Oxford Boys & Girls Club and Sister S.O.A.R.S., which is a mentorship program that empowers girls with 21st Century skills to enter the workforce and school. She’s also owned a residential and commercial cleaning service, Neater Than a Pen, for 32 years.
