Paragon Bank is pleased to announce that Adria Jackson, SBA Loan Operations Specialist, was selected by her peers as Team Member of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2023.

Each quarter, Paragon Bank recognizes an employee for their outstanding performance in demonstrating Paragon’s values. At the end of the year, a Team Member of the Year is selected from the previous Quarter winners.

Jackson, who has been with Paragon for 2 years, works closely with the lenders and closers with the Small Business Capital Group. She prepares files, books loans and process wires.

“My favorite part about working for Paragon is the family dynamic,” she said. “Paragon also provides an environment that promotes growth, teamwork, and a good work-life balance. I also love the fact that Paragon offers their employees time to get involved in various community service opportunities.”

In her time away from the office, Jackson enjoys exercising, hiking, crafting, watching football and hanging out with friends and family.
