Paragon Bank is pleased to announce that Scott Penny, Interactive Solutions Support, was selected by his peers as Team Member of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2023.

Each quarter, Paragon Bank recognizes an employee for their outstanding performance in demonstrating Paragon’s values. At the end of the year, a Team Member of the Year is selected from the previous Quarter winners.

Penny, who has been with Paragon for 12 years, primarily assists customers with their Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Cash Management needs.

“I absolutely love all my customers and the rapport we’ve built over the years. I adore all my team members, because it truly is like a family at Paragon,” he said. “Most importantly, I feel that my role — as hybrid, yet quirkily specific as it can be — fits my personality and natural strengths really well. It’s such a blessing being able to work in my strengths because it provides a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment at the end of the day, which, in my opinion, is priceless.”

In his time away from the office, Penny enjoys spending time with his family, going to church, working out and relaxing at the beach.
