Each quarter, Paragon Bank honors an exceptional employee who embodies our core values and goes above and beyond in their role. For the second quarter of 2026, we are delighted to announce that Glenda Busch, Financial Services Associate, Paragon Centre – Memphis, has been selected as the Team Member of the Quarter for her outstanding contributions.
Glenda has been an integral part of Paragon for five years. Customers may know her from her day-to-day duties at the Paragon Centre Banking Location, where she answers calls, emails and assisting customers in any way possible. She takes pride in helping new and existing customers get the most of out Paragon products. She always does the “and then some,” with a positive attitude and a smile on her face.
“It gives me pleasure to help customers earn more interest on their money,” Glenda explained. “I recently had a long-time customer that just had a savings account. She felt like it wasn’t earning much interest, so I told her about our money market special rate, and she switched over. After her first interest deposit, she was very happy. She couldn’t believe it!”
Glenda also serves as a mentor to many of the other Financial Service Associates. One team member shared that Glenda is often a resource for processing transactions, and she’s always willing to support her colleagues through coaching and training.
One of her favorite things about Paragon Bank is the camaraderie amongst team members.
“I am so appreciative of all the activities we do here,” she enthused. “My favorite is our Employee Appreciation Week. I also love the Memorial Day cookout, and all the fun bank outings we do throughout the year. I especially like the holiday party.”
When she’s not in the office, she is spending time with her family, including two grown children and two grandsons. She enjoys taking the grandsons swimming and being in the outdoors. She also enjoys cooking and says some might even call her a grill master.
