Paragon Bank is pleased to announce that Mark Nance, First Vice President — Cash Management, was selected by his peers as one of two Team Members of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2024.

Each quarter, Paragon Bank recognizes an employee for their outstanding performance in demonstrating Paragon’s values. At the end of the year, a Team Member of the Year is selected from the previous Quarter winners.

Nance, who is a “boomeranger” of Paragon, has been with the team for 8 years, and 12 years total. As he puts it, he’s the “treasury management guy,” which means he works with clients to help them best position their money where it is most effective and safest. He also helps clients move their money where it needs to go.

“My favorite part about working at Paragon Bank is working with my clients to help them grow their businesses,” Nance said. “I also love working with my teammates. This is a great group of people who are all pulling in the same direction. There is no other bank like Paragon. I wandered the vast “bank-scape” for a few years, but I missed Paragon so much I came back!”

In his time away from the office, Nance spends time frolicking.

“I believe this world is in desperate need of a good frolic, but has forgotten how to do so,” Nance explained. “So, with my family, we are on a crusade to show the world how to frolic again. We frolic while camping. We frolic while relaxing in our pool. We frolic while visiting family and friends around the country. I even frolic when exercising with my doggies. We are a family of frolickers. Try it. I guarantee you will enjoy it.”
