Paragon Bank is pleased to announce that Holly Webster, Universal Banker in Oxford, MS, was selected by her peers as one of two Team Members of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2024.

Each quarter, Paragon Bank recognizes an employee for their outstanding performance in demonstrating Paragon’s values. At the end of the year, a Team Member of the Year is selected from the previous Quarter winners.

Webster, who has been with Paragon for a year, “does a little bit of everything” in the Oxford Banking Center. According to Webster, she’s the loan assistant for Kin Kinney, Oxford Market President, and Quentin Brewer, First Vice President – Private Banking. Being a loan assistant means she pulls customer information into the Paragon system, runs credit reports, inputs loan applications, gets documents ready for closing and more. She’s also available in the Banking Center to assist customers with transactions and opening accounts. She was a big help to the Atlanta team this summer when she rotated onto their team for a six-week stretch.

“My favorite part about working at Paragon Bank is my coworkers,” Webster said. “I feel that it is rare to genuinely enjoy all the people in your office. I’m very thankful for all the friendships I’ve made here, in Oxford, and in Atlanta!”

In her time away from the office, Webster spends time with her family. Her current hobby is crocheting, and she enjoys creating blankets, sweaters and stuffed animals. Her dog, Millie, is her world. They snuggle on the couch before bedtime.

“Most days when I get off work, I’ll go to my parent’s house to spend time with my mom, dad and sister and eat dinner,” she explained. “Free food!”
