Safety Measures for the Reopening of our Banking Lobbies

Our commitment to safely serving you is our top priority. We want you to be able to bank with confidence, and that means being able to enter one of our banking centers and feel protected.

To ensure we provide a safe, seamless banking experience during this time, we’ve adopted the following safety measures:

Sanitation
Banking Centers are thoroughly cleaned, and complementary sanitation stations are available.

Facial Covering
Masks are required. If you are unable to wear one, please consider using our drive thru. 

Social Distancing
Please practice social distancing when visiting the banking center lobby. 

Occupancy Limits
A team member will manage lobby capacity to allow for proper social distancing. If the lobby is full, customers can use the drive thru or give the associate your name and phone number and return to your vehicle. The associate will call when you are able to enter the lobby.

Enhanced Cleaning 
We will continue to deep clean and sanitize all our areas to help prevent the spread of germs.
