Paragon Bank – Small Business Capital Group Hires New Portfolio Manager and Pre-Closing Loan Assistant

       ATLANTA, July 30, 2018 – Paragon Small Business Capital Group, a division of Paragon Bank (OTCBB: PGNN.OB), has appointed Jennifer Tingle as Portfolio Manager, and Cole Lipkin as Small Business Pre-Closing Loan Assistant. Tingle will report to Kerri Morrin, Chief Operating Officer at Paragon Small Business Capitol Group, and Lipkin will report to Charles Yorke, President of Paragon Small Business Capital Group.

“With over 13 years of experience in banking, Tingle has a vast skill set and ability to provide exceptional service to our clients,” said Morrin. “We are delighted to have her on our team in Atlanta and look forward to continued growth in that market.”

As Portfolio Manager, Tingle is responsible for assisting the Atlanta office in all aspects of SBA lending. Prior to joining the Paragon team, Tingle worked at a community bank where she served as Special Assets Associate, helping to establish new departments. She also served as Credit Analyst, supporting South Region lenders in all aspects of the loan process and was a part of a four-person team that opened the loan production office for National Bank of Commerce in Atlanta.

In the role of Small Business Pre-Closing Loan Assistant, Lipkin will support Paragon loan officers in all aspects of pre-closing. He will assist in the ordering and reviewing processes, as well as tax transcriptions and credit reports.
