MenuParagon Bank Hires New Mortgage Consultant at Oxford Location

Paragon Bank today announced the appointment of Lindsey Arnold Faust as Mortgage Consultant at its newly-opened Oxford Banking Center. Faust reports to Kin Kinney, Oxford President at Paragon Bank.
“Lindsey is an experienced lender, with more than 10 years in the banking industry in several markets,” said Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Bank. “She will be a vital asset to the opening of our Oxford office and in the development of future staff we hire at this location. We are thrilled to have her join the Paragon team and look forward to her continued success serving the Oxford community.”
As Mortgage Consultant, Faust is responsible for partnering with local realtors and originating mortgage loans. In addition to mortgage lending, Faust is responsible for daily bank operations, origination and infiltration of small business and personal loans, as well as maintaining loan portfolios for Oxford-based customers.
“Lindsey’s vast knowledge and industry expertise will enable her to provide the high level of service that our customers expect, as well as cultivate new relationships in the area,” said Kinney. “We are excited to have Lindsey on board as we continue to expand our footprint in Oxford.”
Faust most recently served as an account representative for a local managing and consulting firm, having covered six counties in North Mississippi. Prior to that, Faust served as a firm administrator at a local law firm and worked as a loan officer, branch manager and customer service manager at other financial institutions. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing and Corporate Relations, and is a graduate of the Mississippi School of Banking.
