Paragon Bank Partners with Concord Academy to Display Student Artwork

12-18-17

Paragon Bank is displaying artwork from Concord Academy students in its Saddle Creek Banking Center (7600 Poplar Avenue) throughout the month of December. Concord Academy has been a part of the Memphis community since 1983, with a strong focus on providing the best education and environment to students with learning and social disabilities, through developmental programs that teach social skills and vocational guidance.

“We are so proud of the work that the students at Concord Academy have created, and it has been an absolute joy connecting with their team,” said Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Bank. “We are honored to be showcasing their artwork, especially as a few pieces highlight our great city.”

Paragon worked with Concord Academy’s art teacher, Elizabeth Posey, to coordinate the exhibit, which features Memphis icons or a pop art themed piece of work.

Artists include middle and upper school students Elizabeth Ault, Sarah Bell, D.J. Blust, Jake Reed Bowman, Melody Brown, Wesly Calhoun, Chad Corby, Hope Curry, Matthew Harwood, Elizabeth Hodge, Caley Kate Huffman, Lily Johnson, Katie Lee, Knox Morrison, Sarah Price, Brian Olden, Sarah Lynn Peck, Ausbon Rougeou, Joey Short, Chad Veneklase, Kilian Williams.
