Paragon Bank Appoints Assistant Vice President, Banking Center Manager and Security

Paragon Bank today announced the promotion of Sanjay Dave as Assistant Vice President, Banking Center Manager and Security. Dave reports to Senior Vice President, Carol McConkey, and Chief Financial Officer, Lewis Perkins.

“Sanjay has made incredible strides within our company, and we’re honored to have a team member who is as dedicated as he is to providing such a high level of service to and security for our customers,” said Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Bank. “We’re excited to see him continue to grow in his new role, and are grateful to have him as part of the Paragon family.”

Dave has been with Paragon for almost two years, previously serving as Financial Services Associate and Personal Banker. In his new role as Assistant Vice President, Banking Center Manager and Security, Dave is responsible for managing the Saddle Creek Banking Center, business development, providing solutions for current and prospective customers, investigating fraud, and continuously educating staff and customers on security best practices.

Before joining the Paragon team in 2015, Dave worked as a teller at Bank of America. Prior to that, he served as an investigator at Wilson & Turner Inc. Investigative Consultants, where he worked closely with local, federal and state law enforcement for the apprehension of counterfeit merchandise and fraud. Dave received a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and criminology from the University of Memphis.
