In Honor of Dyslexia Awareness Month, Paragon Displays Art from Bodine School Studentsd

Paragon Bank is currently displaying artwork from students at Bodine School in honor of Dyslexia Awareness Month. The art will be in the lobby of Paragon’s Saddle Creek Banking Center (7600 Poplar Avenue) throughout the month of October.

“With October being Dyslexia Awareness Month, it’s the perfect opportunity to support the work of local children who are affected by the disorder,” said Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Bank. “It’s amazing to see the imaginations and creativity of each student shown through their art.”

Students from Bodine School have been studying architecture, and art teacher Lori Wakefield worked with them to design their dream buildings. Paragon coordinated with Wakefield to set up the exhibit.

Student artists include Cooper Dye, Caleb Degan, Presley Carroll, Morgan Przybyszewski, Ben Turnage, Elliott Ben-Moshe, Helen Craig, Nate Polly, Samuel Ben-Moshe, Taylor Pendleton, Teri Brooks, Adrianna Libby, Dayton Hedgepeth, Ciara Sernel, Charlene Ashford, Rob Gallina, Ronny Britain, Makayla Williams, Mary Evelyn Hitch, Ellie Reece Hatley, Mea Arnold, Makalyn Howell, Lily Wener, Colton Beshires and Wesley May.
