Steve Bargiacchi Joins Paragon Board of Directors

Paragon Bank today announced that Steve Bargiacchi, Chief Executive Officer at ProTech Systems Group, has joined its Board of Directors. Bargiacchi’s appointment comes after the recent addition of board members Anita Vaughn and Rudi Scheidt.

“Steve’s leadership experience at ProTech, combined with his knowledge of systems and involvement in the Greater Memphis community, make him an excellent fit for our board,” said Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Bank. “He continuously makes a positive impact on our city, and we look forward to his dedication and guidance as a member of the Paragon team.”

As Co-Founder and CEO of ProTech, Bargiacchi has used his position to shape the company into an award-winning technology and talent services provider. ProTech is one of the Mid-South’s leading tech companies and has been recognized for its community support, specifically with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Memphis.

After graduating from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, Bargiacchi worked for several major technology companies before co-founding ProTech. Currently, he is a member of the Executive Committee on the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Memphis Board, a charter member of the Board of the Greater Memphis IT Council and a member of the Ingram Micro Datacenter Advisory Board.
