Paragon Bank Appoints Senior Vice President, Specialty Lending

Paragon Bank has hired Thomas “Tee” Shipmon as Senior Vice President of Specialty Lending. Shipmon will report to Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Bank, and will work out of the office at 5400 Poplar Avenue.

“We are excited to add a team member with Tee’s expertise,” said Shaw. “His extensive experience and financial knowledge will be of great benefit to both business customers and our team, and we look forward to adding another service to our extensive small business offerings.”

In his new role, Shipmon will provide interim construction financing primarily for franchisees. Prior to joining Paragon, Shipmon served as the President and Co-Founder of WingFinance, and served in a variety of positions at Bank of America and its predecessor banks.
