Paragon Showcases Farmington Elementary School Artwork

Paragon Bank is currently displaying artwork from Farmington Elementary School students in its Saddle Creek Banking Center (7600 Poplar Avenue). The exhibit will be on display until January 31, and the bank encourages members of the community to stop by and view the artwork.

“We’re excited to continue our monthly art displays for the ninth year in a row,” said Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Bank. “It provides Paragon a unique way to be involved in the local community, and gives students an opportunity to see their work on display.”

The bank worked with Farmington Elementary Visual Art Teacher Rebekah Laurenzi to coordinate the exhibit. The art is painted by both first and fourth grade students and features different winter scenes, including snowmen, fireplaces, hot cocoa and winter woods.

Student artists include Veronica Velychko, Rohan Mandavia, Georgia McOlgen, Ryo Kimura, Yifei Ren, Elliott Liles and Wendy Ouyang in first grade; Polly Crowder, Molly Kate Yearwood, Meredith Oest, Sara Britton, Mandy Wells, Isabelle Wilder, Ryo Kato, Michael Bedsole, Eric Yang, Meg Fabian, Luke Miner and Marley Shelton in fourth grade.
