Paragon Celebrates Employees During Annual Weeklong Appreciation Event

Paragon National Bank celebrated
its annual employee appreciation week last month with several activities and
assorted refreshments for members of its team. Each year, Paragon plans and
hosts this weeklong event to recognize employee contributions and celebrate the
bank’s accomplishments.

“We want to ensure that our employees know that
their hard work and dedication to Paragon is noticed and appreciated,” said
Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon National Bank. “Employee
Appreciation Week is a time where we can all get together to recognize the
bank’s accomplishments, none of which would have occurred without our devoted
employees.”

At the beginning of the week, employees gathered for
an ice cream social where management team members, including Mike Edwards,
Lewis Perkins, Shaw, Marshall Talley and Andy Taylor, dished out ice cream
sundaes. On Tuesday, staff members began the weeklong Blankets for Le Bonheur
initiative, which provides employees with time and materials to make no-sew
blankets for the children at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. In addition,
Paragon treated its employees to a selection of cupcakes from Muddy’s Bake Shop
and offered a yoga session later in the afternoon.

After providing breakfast on Wednesday, Paragon
encouraged staff members to enjoy massages at the bank’s Fountain Place and
Paragon Place locations. On Thursday, employees gathered at the Cordova Bowling
Center to partake in a friendly bowling competition. Continuing its tradition
of giving, Paragon wrapped up the week by organizing a blood drive that allowed
for staff members to donate to LifeBlood throughout the day on Friday.
