Paragon Showcases Riverdale Elementary School Student Artwork

Paragon
National Bank announced today that it will host several art
pieces from Riverdale Elementary School students at its Saddle Creek location
(7600 Poplar Avenue) throughout the month of April. Located in Germantown,
Riverdale Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through eighth
grade and is the seventh student art installation that Paragon has hosted
during the 2012-2013 school year.

“We look
forward to continuing Paragon’s tradition of showcasing art by students in the
community and invite everyone to visit our Saddle Creek banking center to see
the imaginative art created by these talented, young students,” said Robert
Shaw, Chief Executive Officer of Paragon National Bank.

Paragon
partnered with Riverdale Elementary art teachers Tracy Sammons and Deborah
Flynt to select and display artwork created by 25 students in grades six
through eight.

The unique
artwork was created by Robert Ferguson, Calah Gipson, Kentaro Komazawa, Lina
Nguyen, Kaitlyn Ricelli, Nesreen Selim and Andrew Turk in sixth grade; Melanie
Berends, Christin Calvert, Alexis Doan, Danielle Shaver, Ashwin Sivalingham and
Alex Turner in seventh grade; and Julya Ablaeva, Madison
Brooks, Sophie Cowan, Jule Layne Curry, Caitlan Dew, Emma Dowden, Jordan
Hornsby, Kristen Howard, Pauline Mireles, Emily Snider, Patience Tidwell and
Mary Thompson in eighth grade.
