Congratulations to our 2022 Team Member of the Year – Chris Platania
08-03-23
Paragon Bank is pleased to announce that Chris Platania, Technical Analyst, was selected by his peers as Team Member of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2022 as well as Team Member of the Year for 2022.
Each quarter, Paragon Bank recognizes an employee for their outstanding performance in demonstrating Paragon’s values. At the end of the year, a Team Member of the Year is selected from the previous Quarter winners.
Platania, who has been with Paragon for 18 years, handles Information Technology service requests that come in through the phone, email and help desk throughout the day from all Paragon associates.
“The people I work with are the best,” he enthused. “It’s great to be part of the team and to contribute in helping them function in their jobs.”
In his time away from the office, Platania enjoys spending time with his family. His youngest son is on a soccer team and a futsal, or indoor soccer, team. As Platania explains, both are travel teams, so the family has fun traveling to and from tournaments with each other.
Thanks, Chris, for your continued hard work! Congrats on your honors.
