Paragon Hosts Houston Middle School Art in Saddle Creek Branch
09-12-12
Paragon National Bank will display artwork from Houston Middle School students in its Saddle Creek Branch (7600 Poplar Avenue) throughout the month of September. Paragon partnered with teachers Lauren Cannon and Robyn Nickell to select and display art by 18 students in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades.
“We’ve always appreciated the artistic talent found within our community and are happy to showcase the work of these students alongside our existing art collection,” said Robert Shaw, Paragon’s President.
The student’s artwork, comprised of pastels, colored pencils and watercolor, is currently on display in the bank’s main lobby. Some of the vibrant and imaginative artwork was created in part by Bryson Hayes, Ryan Pahlow, Robyn Salzer, and Kayla Wheeler.
