Sylvester Tate’s entrepreneurial spirit, burning brightly despite his non-business-oriented family background, propelled him into the tech world. “Now, 37 years later, with over 40 employees, I’m most proud of creating opportunities for others,” Tate states. The partnership with Paragon Bank began during the purchase of his current building. “Paragon’s staff guided me seamlessly through the loan process, especially during the complex dual closing, and their prompt, personal service makes me feel valued,” Tate explains.
