Paragon Bank Promotes Haley Overcast to Marketing Manager

Paragon Bank has promoted Haley Overcast to Marketing Manager. Overcast joined the bank in 2012 and most recently served as Marketing Coordinator. She will continue reporting to Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Bank.

“Haley has been a tremendous asset to the Paragon team for more than two years,” said Shaw. “We are constantly impressed by her professionalism, work ethic and creative abilities – all qualities we depend on to position Paragon with both current and prospective clients.”

As Marketing Manager, Overcast is charged with designing internal marketing pieces, maintaining article archives, preparing employee presentations, managing the bank’s social media presence and ensuring collateral materials are available in all four of Paragon’s banking centers. She also coordinates community events, maintains and updates website content, and serves as the company’s photographer.

Prior to joining Paragon, Overcast served as a Marketing Intern with New Ballet Ensemble. She earned bachelor’s degrees in English and Spanish from Furman University. Through Paragon, she volunteers with Make-A-Wish Mid-South, Mid-South Food Bank, Shelby County School’s Adopt-A-School Program (Hawkins Mill) and Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. In her spare time, Overcast works with the children’s ministry at Second Presbyterian Church, enjoys traveling and is an active supporter of Ole Miss football.
