John Tetterton is a results-driven Mortgage Consultant with a successful track record of recruiting and managing loan officers, opening new markets, and driving business growth. John is currently Vice President – Mortgage Consultant with Paragon Bank.

With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry ranging from loan officer to regional manager for both small brokerage companies to large banks, John has vast lending knowledge and prides himself in helping client’s structure complex real estate deals to ensure his clients receive financing tailored to their unique needs. From application to closing, he strives to make the loan process seamless and fast.

John is a graduate of NC State University and has called Wilmington, NC his home since 1989. He enjoys spending time at the beach and boating with his wife and four daughters.

John is proud to represent Paragon Bank in Wilmington, volunteering and serving on several boards.
