Please call or email us the moment you think your Debit Card has been lost or stolen. We can deactivate it immediately and issue you a new card, in most cases, the same business day! To report your lost or stolen Debit Card, call 866.504.5556 during regular business hours or 901.333.0260 during non-business hours.
Please keep in mind that built into our Paragon Mobile App is a powerful feature called MyCardRules. With this feature, you can not only temporarily suspend your card if its lost or if you expect to not use it for a certain amount of time, but you can set up alerts to keep track of card usage.
