Paragon Bank rides into summer with 19th Make-A-Wish wish granting
07-09-24
For the 19th year in a row, Paragon Bank teamed up with Make-A-Wish Mid-South to make a wish child’s wish come true. After receiving 14-year-old Macee’s wish request in early May, Team Paragon members from Memphis and Oxford geared up to make this wish one for the record books. Macee requested a trip to Hubbard Six Quarter Circle Dude Ranch in Montana to go horseback riding, so the wish reveal centered around a fully functioning, old- school county fair. Not only did Macee and her family get to enjoy homemade sno cones and other delicious food, but they were also entertained with carnival-type games, such as a Balloon Pop, a calf roping station and corn hole.
The true tests of the night arrived when Macee competed against three Team Paragon team members in a hobby horse race – where she smoked them! Finally, she dominated in the human Hungry, Hungry Hippo game, collecting almost 50% of the ball pit balls in the game. Way to go, Macee! Following all the games, Paragon’s own “fortune teller” projected what he saw in Macee’s future — the trip to Montana she wished for!
Team Paragon was thrilled to partner once again with Make-A-Wish and send Macee and her family to Montana.
