Paragon Mobile Texting allows customers to check account balances and view recent transactions through text messaging, while Paragon Mobile Web provides customers access to account information and recent transactions, as well as the ability to make transactions and pay bills through the mobile phone’s web browser.
Paragon National Bank has announced the addition of mobile banking to its robust list of services. Paragon’s mobile banking allows customers access to their accounts through their mobile phone via three options – Paragon Mobile Texting, Paragon Mobile Web and coming soon, the Paragon Mobile App.
“We want our customers to have a convenient and secure way to access their information at any time or place,” said Robert Shaw, President of Paragon National Bank. “Expanding our capabilities to include mobile banking is yet another example of our commitment to exceptional service and ensures our customers will be able to check account balances and make transactions while on the go.”
Paragon Mobile Texting allows customers to check account balances and view recent transactions through text messaging, while Paragon Mobile Web provides customers access to account information and recent transactions, as well as the ability to make transactions and pay bills through the mobile phone’s web browser. The Paragon Mobile App, expected this spring, will allow iPhone users fast and free access to account information through the phone’s built-in functions.
“We developed each mobile option both with our customers’ convenience and security in mind,” said Hank Word, Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Operations for Paragon. “Users can access any of the applications, knowing that their information is secure and protected.”
In addition to mobile banking, Paragon has expanded its Internet banking features to allow customers to establish up to three accounts at other financial institutions for online money transfers with existing Paragon accounts.
