Mobile Web Banking

You can enroll yourself in Paragon Mobile Web Banking through internet banking.

NOTE: You must have an active internet banking username and password to use any of the mobile banking products. Furthermore, Paragon Mobile Web Banking is tied to a specific phone number at enrollment so it is NOT possible for customers to share mobile banking. This means that joint account holders will each need their own internet banking username and password to establish mobile banking for each one of their phones.   1. Once you have signed in to Online Banking, click Options and choose Mobile Banking.
  1. The Mobile Web Settings screen should be activated by default.
  1. Enable web access and select to receive SMS alerts. Supply your mobile number and select your wireless provider. Check the box next to the account(s) to which you would like to have access mobile web banking. Click Submit.
  1. A screen will appear and summarize your submitted enrollment request. Click Confirm to save changes and confirm enrollment.
  1. If the mobile phone and wireless provider information is correct, you will receive a text message that indicates that enrollment is complete. The text message will contain a link to PGBK.mobi that you can use to access the mobile website, but we would encourage you to download the Paragon app from your app store. If you do not receive a text message in a reasonable time frame (under 5 minutes), you should verify your mobile phone and wireless provider information on the Mobile Web Settings page.
