iPay Biz Enrollment

This is a tutorial of how to enroll into iPay Biz. Click here if you wish to learn how to operate the service.

NOTE: Our security policy requires that customers have both security token and IP restriction features enabled before this service can be utilized. Please go to the prerequisites section at the bottom of this page to get more in-depth information.

  1. To enroll into iPay Biz (business bill pay), you will need to log in to Online Banking and click on the Bill Pay tab.
  1. You will immediately be required to choose the account from which you will most often pay your bills. All available accounts will be listed (possibly more or less than the example shown). Click Continue to proceed.

NOTE: If you receive an error message at this step, please go to the troubleshooting section at the bottom of this page.
  1. You will be presented with a Pending Enrollment message. At this point, you will simply wait for a Paragon representative to approve your enrollment request. You will be notified via email (next step) once approved.

NOTE: If you receive an error message at this step, please go to the troubleshooting section at the bottom of this page.

  1. After you are approved, you should receive an email confirming your enrollment (similar to the example shown). You are now able to log in to the iPay Biz service.
  1. After logging in to iPay Biz via Online Banking you will first be required to complete four challenge prompts, provide a security key, and accept the disclosure agreement. Click Submit to proceed.
  1. You will briefly see the security key you chose in the previous step each time you log in to iPay Biz. This security key verification signifies that you are entering information into an authentic bill pay site.

NOTE: The security key shown here is just an example.

  1. You are now officially enrolled into the iPay Biz service and may now begin sending payments.

Prerequisites:

Per our security policy, users with ACH capability are required to use security tokens and IP restriction. Since iPay Biz now includes ACH capability, iPay Biz users are also required to use these security features. Security tokens generate a six-digit code to allow users into Online Banking. IP restriction rejects any access attempts from IP addresses that have not been supplied to us by the customer. IP restriction is highly encouraged, but users can opt out of the service by completing the opt-out form if they wish. Nevertheless, both features are designed to be as minimally invasive to the sign-in process as possible while simultaneously providing the best protection possible.

Troubleshooting:

  1. If you get an error on step 2 like the example shown, your admin rights are not set correctly. If you believe you should have authority to enroll into iPay Biz, give our Customer Support Team a call at 901.273.2900 or email us at online@bankparagon.com.
