He will be responsible for Paragon’s loan policy and compliance, and he will monitor the quality of the loan portfolio.

Talley
attended Memphis State University, where he received his BBA in
Accounting. He and his wife Angel have a blended family of six children
ranging in age from two years to 20 years.
