Michael Erhardt, CFO and executive vice president, has been named by Memphis Business Journal as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in the publication’s 12th year of awarding it.
Michael’s nomination was chosen from a pool of over 150 others; the awards were based on accomplishments, community service, and professional contribution.
“We’re very proud to have a CFO like Michael,” said Robert Shaw, Paragon’s President. “He doesn’t let his high-stress position keep him from getting involved in the community and at the bank.”
With more than 13 years of banking experience, Erhardt is responsible for financial reporting, fee-based businesses, liquidity, deposit operations, information systems, property management, and asset liability management. A certified public accountant and graduate of Louisiana State University's Graduate School of Banking, Michael has a Bachelor and Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
Michael serves on the finance committees of both the St. Patrick Presbyterian Church in Collierville and the Bodine School in Germantown, where he is also a board member. In addition, Michael enjoys spending time volunteering for the Boy Scouts.
